How Much Does It Cost?
Team Reset Sessions start at $1,200, Offsites & Retreats at $2,000 and Private Reset Sessions at $250. Every Reset Session is tailored to your group, so we confirm your exact investment on a complimentary 15-minute call.
How Long Is A Reset Session?
Anywhere from 60 minutes to 2 hours, designed around your schedule. One rate, whatever the length. Setup and pack-down are included.
Do People Have To Lie Down?
No. Your team chooses: chairs with cushions or mats. Everyone can take part in work clothes.
What Do We Need To Provide?
Just a quiet room. We bring the instruments and everything else.
Where Do You Travel?
Based in Newport Beach, serving all of California, and nationwide by arrangement.
How Will My Team Feel Afterward?
Calm, relaxed and clear-headed. Clients tell us they sleep better, feel long-held tension in the body release, and return to work with a real sense of peace. Afterward, we recommend drinking plenty of water.
Is A Reset Session Safe For Everyone?
Yes, for most people, including those with high blood pressure. The breathwork is slow and gentle, and everyone moves and breathes at their own pace or simply rests. If anyone is pregnant, has epilepsy, a heart condition, recent surgery or sensitive hearing, just let us know beforehand and we will adapt the session. A Reset Session supports wellbeing and is not a medical treatment.
Who Is This For?
Teams and leaders who carry a lot and want to feel calm, clear and focused again, without leaving work. We bring Reset Sessions to teams of up to 50, to offsites and events, and to individuals or couples who prefer a Private Reset Session. No experience needed: everyone joins in work clothes, on a chair or a mat.
